Independently owned and operated, Sleeping Bear Realty has been in business in Benzie County since 1972, affiliating with Century 21 in 2006. Originally based in Frankfort, the company has grown to include three additional offices in Beulah, Empire (Leelanau County) and at Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville. Our firm participates in the Traverse Area Association of Realtors (TAAR) multi-list service, as well as membership in the National Association of Realtors and the Michigan Association of Realtors. Century 21 Sleeping Bear Realty features a full service, in-house closing department which handles the majority of our closings and after-sales support. We annually sell approximately 85 per cent of our own listings.
